Estonian Firm Files Police Complaint Against Amazon
In a bold move against tech giant Amazon, Estonian firm Wall Profit OÜ has lodged a formal complaint with the local police department. This action comes in response to the sudden suspension of the company’s Amazon account, which resulted in significant financial losses.
The complaint, filed with the Lasnamäe Police Department in Tallinn, alleges misconduct on the part of Amazon, citing unjustified account suspension and the subsequent freezing of funds amounting to hundreds of thousands of euros.
“We cannot stand idly by while our business is unfairly targeted and our livelihoods jeopardized,” stated a spokesperson for Wall Profit OÜ. “We demand accountability and seek swift action to rectify the damages caused by Amazon’s actions.”
This development has raised concerns within the Estonian business community, with many expressing solidarity with Wall Profit OÜ and calling for transparency and accountability in Amazon’s dealings with its partners.
Authorities in Estonia have confirmed that they are reviewing the complaint and will conduct a thorough investigation into the matter to determine any potential legal violations.
